"PEN MEETING in the evening was really great although by this time my head was still spinning from lindsays afternoon session. Shimon rudock on options was really great and although i had a hour and a half drive home it was all really worth it" ..Tim S

concerned for the others... Chris"
"Many thanks for arranging such a lovely evening last night. The venue, meal and company were great, and David and Shirley with their balanced, down to earth but very successful story gave us plenty to admire and aspire to for the future.
Thank you too, for all the arrangements you made for the meetings in 2011 - I really appreciate having something in this area.
Have a great Christmas break - Joanna"
"Enjoyed last nights meeting - my first time with this group - very informative and a wonderful bunch of people - Fiz"
"Not to be confused with PIN, the Property Entrepreneurs Network in Chippenham, Wilts, is a good local meet organised by Neil Stewart. I went to the last one on Tuesday but have been too busy away on business to do a write-up. I didn't know what to expect but I really enjoyed it, a friendly local meet and no pressure selling, but there was a potential to raise an extra revenue stream, which is quite exciting, though I'm going to have to do some research around that first... Anyway I'm intending to go to the next as well! !! Richard"
“Last night’s speakers were inspiring. Mark and Jackie’s delivery made property investment feel “doable”. I liked their learning journey, it made it feel very real”.
“Is Susie’s energy bottled? If so I will invest in that. She came across as a confident and passionate investor who knew exactly what she was doing. I particularly liked her approach to “client service” and ensuring that it was mutually beneficial to all involved.”
Anon!
The evening was very thought provoking. It is impressive to think that PEN is drawing in international speakers such as Shaun. On the other hand it is highly motivating to have a speaker such as Ash who speaks passionately about the importance of ethics and social enterprise within our own area. Very thought provoking!
